Rumblings(6.21.02)
Rumors are still persistent that there will be a series of changes to take place at Dangerous Liaisons. Officials will most likely not clear Steve Mental for his match vs ShocXwavE. That surely is a big loss to all of our fans & we apologize in advance, but you will see plenty of Mental, we promise you. Where does this leave the ex-champ, ShocXwavE? Commissioner Rushmore could not be reached for comment, but we are assured he will address this at Dangerous Liaisons. He'll have to no doubt. The brackets are announced. We do apologize to all of our fans as we were forced to trim it down to a 4 team tournament, but we assure you the quality of the tournament is still there & we expect some great matches to come out of this tournament. Rushmore promises to make it greater. How you ask? Stay tuned. Also, we apologize for the lack of bios for a number of wrestlers. This is due to outside circumstances, but we hope these newcomers will be able to earn your respect & admiration from their hard work at this event & in the future. Depending on what happens, & we sure are hoping good things, you will see them up on the site soon. With that we ask you to peruse the card & although there will be changes, please judge us by the end result. Hopefully you will not be disappointed. This is a show afterall & we are here to give one helluva an event. MAJOR CHANGES!!! Rumblings(6.7.02)
Due to outside circumstances & the chaos ensuing in the SWWF locker room, Commissioner Douglas Rushmore has officially made the following changes to the card as well as stated if any of the other wrestlers fail to get along in the tag team tournament, they will be immediately SUSPENDED from the SWWF. This goes along with the previous warnings in Commissioner Rushmore's promo. Furthermore, the #1 Contender's match is still very much in serious doubt due to Steve Mental's injury. The early prognosis is not good & it is rumored no matter what Mental will be at Dangerous Liaisons,but won't be medically cleared to wrestle. Stay tuned for more rumblings.
